KDP's inside-margin minimum grows with page count: 0.375″ to 150 pages, 0.5″ to 300, 0.625″ to 500, 0.75″ to 700, then 0.875″.

The phrase “free puzzle generator for KDP commercial use” gets searched a lot because most free puzzle makers fall short in one of three ways: they cover the PDF in watermarks, they restrict commercial use, or they don’t support KDP paper sizes.
