Free classroom printable makers · No account, no Canva

Stop typing thirty names into thirty text boxes.

Every “editable” teacher printable you have bought was a template — you still typed the names yourself. Paste your roster here and the finished PDF comes back laid out, cut-guided and ready for the copier.

Back-to-School Printables for TeachersThe first week needs four things printed: name tags for the desks, labels for everything a child owns, forms for back-to-school night, and a welcome letter home. All four are free to make here — paste your class list and download — and each one is also sold ready to photocopy if you would rather not spend the evening.Read more Printable Desk Name Tags & Classroom LabelsPaste your class list, choose a format, download the PDF. That is the whole process, it is free, and there is no Canva account involved. Seven formats — desk name plates, cubby and locker labels, book bin tags, badges, supply labels and word wall cards — with cut guides, an alphabet strip and a number line where they belong.Read more Parent Communication Forms, Logs & NewslettersA parent communication log is one sheet recording every contact with a family — date, who you spoke to, how, why, and what was agreed — including the calls that were never returned. That log, a weekly behavior chart, a newsletter and a note home cover most of a school year, and all four are free to make here.Read more Algebra Cheat Sheets & Math Reference SheetsAn algebra cheat sheet is one printer-friendly page holding the rules of a single unit, each beside a worked example. Ten of them are free to print here, each in two versions: worked, and blank so students fill in the examples as the unit is taught. The blank one is the version most teachers actually assign.Read more PuzzlePage Compared With Teachers Pay Teachers and EtsyTeachers Pay Teachers has a catalogue we cannot match and curriculum we do not write. What we have that neither marketplace does is the generator: the makers here are free, they take your class list or your word list, and they build the file. Both statements are on this page, with the rows we lose.Read more

Why the makers are free

Because the alternative is dishonest. Every best-selling “editable” teacher printable on the marketplaces is the output of a generator that somebody ran by hand and then sold as a file. We already have the generator — this site has been laying out printable PDFs from teacher-supplied word lists for years — so charging for the act of typing names into it would be charging for nothing.

What we charge for is the evening. A pack is those same engines run ahead of time, organised, paginated, and ready to photocopy in the week you have no evenings. If you do have the evening, use the makers and keep the money. They are not a trial and they do not expire.

There is no strike-through “was” price anywhere on this site and there will not be. The store has never charged more for these, so a former-price claim would be a fiction — and a standing 25%-off banner is a thing we decided against rather than a thing we forgot.

The full comparison with Teachers Pay Teachers and Etsy — including the rows where they win — is on its own page.

Questions

Are the teacher tools on PuzzlePage really free?

Yes. All five makers — desk name tags, parent letters and forms, flash cards, reference sheets and exit tickets — are free, with no account and no limit on how much you print. Every template, every size and every format is in the free tier, and the artifact itself is never withheld or watermarked.

What is the QR code in the corner, and can I remove it?

Free PDFs carry a small QR code and a one-line credit in the corner of the page. It is how the makers get found, and it is the only thing the free tier asks of you. A $2.99 day pass or any Plus plan removes it, and adds your own fonts, colours and a running header.

Do I need a Canva account?

No. These are generators, not templates. You paste a class list or a word list and the file is built around it — nothing to open in another app, nothing to drag, and it works again next year on next year's list.

How much do the printable packs cost?

Each pack holds what a marketplace would list as a bundle — 36 sheets of name tags, 21 parent forms, 530 flash cards, 32 sheets of exit tickets — and they run $3.50 to $5.99. The First-Week Vault is four packs for $13.99 and the Whole-Year Vault is all seven for $19.99. Every one has a real free sample on its own page, so you can print a sheet before you decide.

Do I need an account to buy a pack?

No. Checkout is handled by Stripe and all we keep is the email address you buy with, so we can send your link. The link does not expire, and if you lose it you can have it resent from the downloads page.

What does the licence allow?

Print as many copies as you like, for every class you teach, for as many years as you teach them. It does not cover reselling the files or passing them to colleagues — please send them here instead, which is what keeps the price where it is.

Is there a free sample of each pack?

Yes, on every single one. Not a watermarked teaser — several complete pages, downloadable from the pack's own page before you pay anything. Print a sheet and buy only if it is right for you.

Do you store the student names I type in?

No. Names are laid out in your browser for the preview and sent to our server only to be rendered into the PDF that comes straight back to you. They are not saved, not logged, and never reach analytics — see our schools page for the full privacy answers.

Also for teachers on this site: the free bubble answer sheet generator, the worksheet maker, the daily classroom warm-up, and the privacy answers for your district.
