Undated on purpose

Every sheet here is undated, which means one printout works for any week of any year — no waiting for next year's planner and no wasted pages when you skip a week. Write the dates in the space beside each day name. It also means you can print a stack once and use them as you go, rather than committing to a whole year in advance.

One column or two

A single column gives each day a full-width block and reads as a continuous list down the page — best when you write a lot per day or want a strict chronological flow. Two columns produce a more traditional planner spread with days side by side, fitting more on the page and making it easier to compare days at a glance when balancing a week's workload.

Weekend and notes

Dropping the weekend gives five larger weekday blocks, which suits work-only planning. Keeping it gives the full seven; Saturday and Sunday get the same space as any other day, which people who plan personal time as deliberately as work time generally prefer. The notes box takes the overflow — the things that belong to the week rather than to any particular day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this weekly planner dated?

No, it's undated. Every sheet works for any week of any year, and there's space beside each day name to write the date. Print once, use whenever.

Can I get a weekly planner without weekends?

Yes — turn the weekend off and you get five weekday blocks, each larger as a result. That's the usual choice for purely work-focused planning.

How do I change the number of writing lines?

Adjust the line spacing control. Tighter spacing fits more lines in each day block; wider spacing gives more room per entry and suits larger handwriting.

Can I print this as a two-page spread?

Print two copies and use one for Monday–Wednesday and one for Thursday–Sunday, or use the two-column layout in landscape orientation for a genuine single-sheet spread.

Printing Tips

  • Print at 100% scale.Turn off “fit to page” and “shrink oversized pages” — otherwise your printer rescales the sheet and the measurements no longer match.
  • Match the paper size. Choose the same size here as the paper in your tray. Printing a Letter PDF on A4 (or the reverse) scales it.
  • Lighter lines print better. A light grey or blue guides your work without competing with it — and it uses far less ink.
  • Use heavier paper for wet media. 100gsm and up for fountain pens and markers; standard copier paper is fine for pencil.
