Free Flashcards Online — 30 Decks Ready to Play
5,420 cards, already written and checked, on the subjects people actually study. Flip through a deck to revise, or take it as a timed, scored quiz and send the result to a friend. Nothing to install, no login, and the first 30 cards of every deck are free.
- Timed quiz mode. Answer before the card flips, get a score, share the result.
- Practice mode. Flip both ways, nothing scored — the mode you actually revise in.
- Challenge a friend. Send the link; they play the same deck and compare times.
- Every card was read by a subject specialist before it went on sale — a chemist on the periodic table, an anatomist on the bones and muscles, a phonetician on the homophones. Not a sample: 5,420 cards, all of them. One deck was withdrawn from the site rather than shipped with a known problem.

Questions about these flashcards
- Are these flashcards free?
- Yes. The first 30 cards of every deck are free to play and free to download, with no account and no sign-up. Unlocking the rest of a single deck is a one-off $2.99, or $11.99 a month covers every deck and removes the ads.
- Can I play flashcards online without downloading anything?
- Yes. Every deck runs in the browser on a phone, tablet, Chromebook or projector. There is nothing to install and no login. Practice mode flips through the cards in either direction; game mode makes you answer each card before it flips, times the run and scores it. Every deck is dealt in a fresh random order each time you open it, so you are recalling the card rather than its position.
- What subjects are covered?
- 30 decks across maths, English and reading, science, world languages, social studies, career and tech, the arts and early years — including Spanish and French vocabulary, all 118 elements, the times tables, the bones and muscles of the body, Greek and Latin roots, and the Dolch and Fry sight word lists.
- Can I use these flashcards in my classroom?
- Yes. Project a deck and run it as a whole-class quiz, or share the link so students play on their own devices. No student accounts are created and no student data is stored.
- Can I make my own flashcard deck?
- Yes, free. The live flashcard maker turns any list of terms and definitions into a deck with its own shareable link and QR code, and the printable maker lays the same list out as double-sided cards to cut up.
