Editable Answer Sheet — Word & Google Docs Bubble Sheet
Skip building a bubble sheet by hand in Word. Generate the answer sheet here, then export an editable Word file you can open in Word or Google Docs and adjust.
Leave blank for a student sheet only. Paste a key to add a filled answer-key page.
Why making one in Word is so painful
The usual advice is a table with one row per question and a symbol-font circle in each cell — which works until you change the question count, at which point every row has to be redone by hand, and the circles drift out of alignment the moment the font substitutes. The generator does the layout, and you get the editable file at the end instead of the beginning.
Generate here, edit there
Build the sheet on this page — question count, options, header fields, instructions — and export it as a Word document. It opens in Microsoft Word, and in Google Docs via File → Open, with the text still editable so you can add your own wording. The editable export is part of the paid plan; the PDF is free.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a bubble answer sheet in Word?
The fastest route is not to draw one: set the question count and options here, then export the Word file and edit the text. Building the grid by hand means a table plus symbol-font circles, and it has to be rebuilt every time the question count changes.
Will it open in Google Docs?
Yes — upload the exported file to Drive and open it with Google Docs. Some spacing may shift slightly, as it does with any Word import.
