How does the day pass offer appear?

It appears when you try to download a sheet that uses a Classroom feature. Before that point, the tool never asks for money.

1. Build the sheet. The full preview works free, whatever you switch on.
2. Above the download, the unlock bar reads "This sheet uses" and then names the features that made it paid. Below that it offers the download for a day or for a year.
3. Click the download and the Classroom dialog opens. The year is $19; the Day Pass sits below it at $2.99 with the note "Just need it for one afternoon? 24 hours, no subscription."
4. Close the dialog without choosing and a smaller follow-up appears: "Not ready to commit to $19 a year? How about a $2.99 day pass?" It has one button for the pass and one that says "No thanks, keep it free".
