How do you type a quiz so it parses?

Each question is a block of lines: the prompt first, then one option per line, then a blank line before the next question. Mark the correct option with a * at the start of its line.

A single question looks like this in the box:

Four rules keep the parser happy.

1. Every question needs a prompt plus 2 to 6 options. A block with fewer than two options is skipped, and the counter under the box tells you how many were skipped.
2. The * goes at the very start of the line, with nothing before it.
3. Leave one blank line between questions. That blank line is what separates one block from the next.
4. Stop at 30 questions. Longer tests belong on a bubble sheet, which is covered below.
